​Job Description

As Sales Manager at Allimex, you bear responsibility for developing, coordinating and managing all commercial activities within our organisation. Working closely with the management team, you will shape the sales strategy and translate it into concrete objectives. Your leadership skills serve as inspiration for the sales team, with the aim of achieving successful sales results.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • You will analyse market trends and competition and, together with the management team, translate these into appropriate sales strategies.
  • You translate this into a realistic yet challenging sales budget, which you manage to achieve together with the team.
  • You will analyse sales data, identify trends, report sales results to senior management and make adjustments where necessary.
  • You will build strong relationships with key customers and partners and lead negotiations.
  • You see customers as opportunities to structurally improve processes and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • You will describe the sales process with measurable milestones and ensure excellent customer management.
  • You have responsibility for both the commercial inside and outside sales and ensure optimal cooperation.
  • You know how to continuously inspire, coach and further develop your team in terms of product knowledge and sales skills.
  • You monitor your team's performance, give regular feedback and make adjustments where necessary.
  • You describe and optimise processes.
  • You will report to the Sales Director.

Profile​

We are looking for a Sales Manager with proven sales and leadership experience within a similar role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as proven results orientation and a track record in achieving sales targets.

  • Building strong customer relationships is not a problem.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are important.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong passion for green energy and sustainability.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing. Knowledge of German is a plus.
