Are you dissatisfied with a product or service provided? We are very sorry to hear that. Although we make every effort to provide the best possible service and quality, sometimes things can still go wrong.

Customer responsibility

The customer undertakes to check the goods immediately upon receipt. If functional defects are found, they must be reported immediately.*

How to report a complaint?

  • Create a complaint ticket .
  • Complaints regarding faulty delivery/handling must be reported within 14 days.
  • The general time limit for admissibility of complaints is 14 calendar days.

How is the complaint followed up?

  • We guarantee a response to your complaint within 14 days after receipt.
  • We investigate the complaint and establish validity.
  • In case of justified complaints, you will be contacted and an appropriate solution will be offered.
  • You will also receive a reply from our after-sales service in the case of unfounded complaints.

*For items under warranty, the statutory warranty periods apply.
For mounting hardware: lifetime warranty against rust, 25-year manufacturer's warranty, 10-year warranty paint & anodisation.
